Previously, he worked at an <em>IB<\/em> school in Bogot\u00e1, Colombia, teaching<em> MYP<\/em> and <em>DP<\/em> students Theory of Knowledge, Philosophy, and History. While in Bogot\u00e1, Donatas was also responsible for the <em>Model<\/em> United Nations (<em>MUN<\/em>) program.<br><br><br>He earned his Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s degrees at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania and KU Leuven in Belgium, and through exchange programs also studied in Spain, Northern Ireland, and Finland. In 2019, Donatas received his PhD from <em>Western<\/em> University in London, Canada. An <em>IB<\/em> model enthusiast, he strongly believes in the meaningfulness and advantages of interdisciplinary learning.        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>He believes<\/strong> that ideas are human-made tools that help us navigate the world, understand it better, and make wiser decisions in life. Therefore, schools should teach principles of thinking rather than rely solely on memorization.
