R\u016bta, Methodologist Teacher, has been working at \u201cErudito\u201d Lyceum since its very beginning. In 2021, she was voted the most beloved primary school teacher in Kaunas. She holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Primary Education Pedagogy and a Master\u2019s degree in Educational Sciences, as well as a Bachelor\u2019s in Economics and a Master\u2019s in Business Administration from KTU. R\u016bta places great importance on fostering civic engagement in children by using non-traditional learning environments. She believes that creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration skills are the key to future success. <\/p>\n\n
