He holds academic qualifications in political science, international relations, economics, and education, including a master\u2019s degree from University College London and Charles University in Prague, as well as a Master\u2019s in Education from Moreland University. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His teaching repertoire includes IB Economics, IB Business Management, Theory of Knowledge (TOK), and other advanced courses. He has worked with students participating in various international programs, always striving to make learning practical, research-based, and globally relevant. As an educator and leader, Andr\u00e9s fosters inclusive communities and a reflective, student-centered learning environment.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raised in Costa Rica and having studied or worked in cities such as London, Prague, and Bratislava, Andr\u00e9s values cultural diversity and multilingualism.
